Areas and specialised rooms In the impressive BioInnovationsZentrum building, you will find ample available floor space to suit your individual needs, right in the heart of the city. All areas can be almost infinitely varied to fit your company's requirements. Rooms can be used flexibly: set up your office, laboratory, services or storage spaces the way you imagine them. Our office space can be individually tailored; 25 sqm is the standard size and other configurations are possible. All office rooms are equipped with the latest telecommunications technology. The laboratory areas are also variable in size and setup. They come with all standard laboratory connections; air conditioning can be installed, and on request they can be extended and prepared for approval according to the standards of safety classes S1 to S3. One speciality of our centre is the clean rooms up to class 100.
